Poe is one of the best writers that I know of. I
know there are a lot more writers of all sorts out there. I have never been
able to just sit and read their stories and poems. But with Poe I can just pick
something up of his and sit and read all day. His writing is so different from
everyone else's. He puts so much drama, feelings thought and emotion into his
writing. A lot of his pieces are dark and Gothic. But, that is what keeps it
interesting. When he writes you sit and feel so different because you feel like
you are in the story, living the life of the main character. I absolutely love
that feeling. That is why when we started pod number three I went straight to
all of Poe's pieces. I enjoy his writing a lot.
You're absolutely right in your analysis of Poe. He put so much of his thoughts and feelings into his work that it seems like he literally poured himself into it.
